You will know that we received your payment when you receive a payment confirmation email for your order, including invoice.
When do you send the payment confirmation?
We send out the payment confirmation email as soon as we received and process your orders payment. This can be in a couple of days (bank transfer) or within a few minutes (direct payment). We invoice payments every workday.
I have not received a payment confirmation! What can I do?
Please check your junk/spam mail to be sure. If there is no confirmation at all and you are sure you have completed the payment to the right bank account, send us a ticket and mention:
- Your order number
- Payment method
- The date you have send the payment
- Name used in the transfer
- Extra information: bank account number, crypto wallet, track & trace link etc...
When do we not process payments?
When there is no match. This means your payment is received but we do not know from whom it is.
We can not match the payment to an order if:
- There is no order number in the payment reference
- The name of the account holder is different from the name used in the order
Payments that can not be matched to an order will be refunded, if possible, to the same account we receive them from. Most times we refund within 4 weeks.
How long does my payment take?
Bank transfer: 1-5 business days.
Cash by registered mail: 1-2 weeks. Please make sure you receive a track & trace link and send the envelop with registered mail.
Online money transfer services: 1-3 days.
Online payment in check-out: 0-1 day
Cryptocurrency: 0-1 day
