We can still match your payment if the name on the bank transfer is the same as the name on the order.
If the name on the bank transfer and on the account are not the same?
Please send us a ticket with the name on the bank transfer and the order number. With this information we will match the payment as soon as possible.
If you recently made multiple orders (with the same amount), please send us a message with the order number that you want us to ship.
If we can not match a payment we usually refund it, after 4 weeks, to the account it came from.
